All Caspar The Label pieces are made to order/limited so cannot be cancelled, returned and or exchanged. Caspar The Label does not have a surplus of stock to offer exchanges.

Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once places so please ensure all details are correct before proceeding with the order.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged please report this within three days of receiving the piece and provide photo evidence to casparthelabel@gmail.com

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order and take into consideration if you will still be in the address for the estimated turnaround of the piece you are ordering.

UK: All UK orders are sent second class tracked Royal Mail. Once purchasing if your items is made to order please allow at least 3-4 weeks for your item to be made before shipping. INTERNATIONAL: All international pieces are sent international tracked Royal Mail. Once purchasing if your items is made to order please allow at least 3-4 weeks for your item to be made before shipping. Then allow 2-4 weeks for your item to arrive if you are international. You will receive shipping confirmation with tracking once your item has been sent. Caspar The Label is not responsible for customs charges so please take this into consideration when ordering. OUR PRICES ON OUR ONLINE STORE DO NOT INCLUDE RELEVANT OVERSEAS DUTIES AND OTHER CUSTOMS CHARGES YOU MAY INCUR WHEN PURCHASING AND IMPORTING TO YOUR COUNTRY.

THESE COSTS ARE DETERMINED BY YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS OFFICE AND ARE OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL. PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH YOUR COUNTRY'S CUSTOMS CHARGES AND LEVIES PRIOR TO PLACING AN ORDER.

CASPAR THE LABEL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE IF CUSTOMERS ARE NOT NOTIFIED BY THEIR COUNTRY'S POSTAL AUTHORITY THAT ITEMS ARE AWAITING PAYMENT OF CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES. PLEASE KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR SHIPMENT WHEN TRACKING NUMBER IS PROVIDED TO AVOID DELAYS.

If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees there will be a £25 return fee deducted from your refund to cover return shipping due to your refusal.

All items are to be signed for by your postal service. If you are not home to receive your package, have no one else to sign for the item and have not organized an alternative way to collect your package, and your item is returned to us this £25 fee will occur.

We will not pay for your return shipping this is the customers responsibility.
